Set up an Jaggery( traditional non-centrifugal cane sugar) manufacturing plant in rural Karnataka. The plant has capacity to crush 10 tonnes of sugarcane per day to help provide an alternative source of income for sugarcane farmers i.e to provide farmers cash for their produce on spot. Usually the farmers supply their produce to the Sugar mill and have to wait for 2-3 months to get their dues cleared. My company acquires a part of the farmers produce and provides the farmer cash on spot as per the prevalent market rate thereby easing some of the financial pressure on the farmer.
