-Unpacked shipments of clothing from receiving and re-stocked onto the floor for purchase or stored in stockroom.-Did go-backs of clothing to ensure that saleable merchandise was sufficiently on display to purchase.-Gathered and organized merchandise necessary for store pickup and online orders. Readied shipping labels and billing information for customers to ensure package contained all merchandise requested and verified address.-Assisted customers in choosing merchandise, followed up on client leads, and met sales goals set by managers.

-Made sure certain areas of the warehouse were well-stocked. Was able to consistently move products that weighed up to 50lbs (using my body) and up to 2500lbs (using a pallet jack). -After warehouse closing hours, 2-3 aisles were assigned to a single person to make sure that they are well stocked and clean, free of any excess cardboard and items that do not belong there. This took 2-3 hours of continuous stocking. -During working hours, I would also de-box/block-down certain areas of the warehouse such as foods, produce or any coolers or freezers. -Assisted the forklift drivers in stocking items efficiently and with a sense of urgency to make sure that we did not fall behind in the amount of product that needed to be on the floor for opening the following day.-Helped cashier in the front end when needed.-Helped train new employees in the best way possible.

-Completed a seven-week leadership/training program to effectively run the front end of any Costco warehouse as a supervisor.-Trained in various departments in the front end such as Membership, Refunds, Refund Auditor, and learned how to destroy/salvage/return to vendor on refunded items. -Was authorized to perform key flicks to authorize or override special transactions that occurred in any front end department.-Worked closely with the managers, especially the closing managers, to make sure the warehouse was run smoothly and ready for opening the next morning.-Learned how to lead other front end supervisors and front end employees in closing the floor in an efficient manner by delegating tasks and splitting up responsibilities. -Was responsible for collecting and filing paperwork, sending closing reports/emails to the management, updating sales, audits, membership statistics on excel sheets which were shared with the regional Bay Area Costco's and the regional VP.-Trained new front-end employees in a way to make sure that they understood what their job required and how to be successful at it.

-Gathered and pushed carts in the parking lot for 3-8 hours per day (depending on the shift) to ensure that members always had carts available, especially during holidays and rush hour(s). -De-boxed/blocked-down inside the warehouse ensuring that the inventory was accessible and neatly kept. Got rid of any objects or items that didn't belong in that section. -Put back full carts of saleable merchandise returns back onto the floor when instructed to do so.-Was (occasionally) responsible for making sure all cardboard boxes in the entire warehouse have been taken to the bailer and crushed/recycled by looping the warehouse and collecting them for 2-3 hours continuously after warehouse hours.-Assisted the cashiers by making sure the items purchased were easy to scan and putting items back into the cart as fast as possible.-Trained as a cashier and ensured that members were out of the store in an efficient manner.-Kept checkout lanes and the front-end area of the warehouse clean by sweeping/wiping down (if needed). Collected trash from the parking lot and shopping carts. -Helped various departments of the store such as merchandise, clothing, produce, and foods by blocking down aisles or folding clothes.-Helped train new employees in the best way possible.
