As a Bookings Coordinator at Minus18 Foundation, I support corporates to improve LGBTQIA+ wellbeing and inclusion in their workplaces and services. At all times, I aim to understand where organisations and businesses are in their LGBTQIA+ inclusion journey and work collaboratively to support their diverse and unique LGBTQIA+ inclusion goals, through training and awareness building.With over 10 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, I have a passion for social change and youth engagement, especially in the areas of sexual and reproductive health, mental health, and human rights. Previously, I worked as a Training Officer at ACON Pride Training, where I managed and developed the booking system for training clients, co-designed and delivered learning programs, and marketed and sold the training products. I also worked as a Program Associate at UNFPA, where I implemented and monitored various projects and campaigns on youth empowerment, safe spaces, and menstrual health.
