New Zealand Brand Manager of: POLER- www.polerstuff.com KOMONO- www.wearekomono.com ASSEMBLY LABEL- www.assembly-label.com- Responsible for the national sales of four international Brands.- Responsible for sales distribution strategy and initiative. - Responsible for the development and execution of marketing plans.- Development of marketing budgets and sales KPI's. - Responsible for general brand management activities such as distribution strategy, sales strategy, forecasting, reporting to General Manager and Director.- Responsible for inventory management. - Execution of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Vimeo and Tumblr to promote individual brands.- Responsible for all marketing activations, events and sponsorship (including overseeing exhibitions, gigs, sponsorship and partnership for large scale music events (Rhythm N Vines), brand and product launches). - Maintain and grow relationships between key accounts. - Responsible for communication and negotiation between international brands and Stem Distribution General Manager and Director. - Responsible for supporting key accounts with point of sale and merchandising tools. - Spotting trends in the market and conveying these ideas to individual brand design/marketing team. - Continually scouting potential brands suitable for NZ Distribution. - Understanding target market.
