The Hutton Honors Council Association is a campus-wide community that has specific councils for dorms. These councils develop leadership skills, foster a community that is united and serves the community of Bloomington. Officers of this organization organize and execute events that unite the IU community socially and academically. - Coordinated among other leaders in council to plan dorm-wide activities that resulted in increased fostering among community- Contributed innovative ideas that impacted the types of events our council held and increased participation throughout my dorm community- Engaged with a tight-knit team consistently which helped developed meaningful relationships with team members through the organization by arranging meetings that united team members

Through providing non-partisan information about political parties, Inspire2Vote promotes voter registration among high school students. More specifically, through doing presentations in classrooms and being present in school fairs, Inspire2Vote makes voter efficacy a priority in high schools. - Increased political efficacy and voter registration through my high school resulting in an increase of over 200% of pre-registered students and registered students- Assembled effective and concise slide decks that delivered essential information about voter registration laws to students resulting in over 85% of my high school being registered to vote- Collaborated with other members of the organization to develop a healthy team environment which resulted in increased leadership and teamwork skills
