- Assist in data management, networking and other ICT-related activities.- Collaborate with implementing partners in charge of the distribution of Non-food Items (NFIs) and FIs.- Entry data of Asylum Seeker, IDP, Refugees and other persons of concern of UNHCR- Conduct manual updating of data of registered persons of concern on printed factsheets including by interviewing applicants to acquire and record information required, making corrections and updating of bio-details.- Conduct data entries by recording the information collected in the factsheets into proGres and the Biometrics Identity Management System (BIMS) including bio-data, photographs, biometrics, specific needs, events and required comments.- Assist in the registration processes including scheduling, ushering, crowd management, reception and admission.- Print out identification documents.- Assist in the processes of continuous family counting, issuance of ration cards and updating GPS locations for relocated families.- Assist in receiving, processing or referring refugee complaints/feedbacks including on the missing family counting and ration cards, on applications for family counting and other queries presented by persons of concern at distribution and information points, at WFP or MOHA biometrics registration points, during relocations or other activities.- Required to act as interpreter and translator when needed.- Refer cases to other units within the office and to implementing partners as necessary.- Take certain authorized decisions according to existing SOPs on family counting, on issuance of ration cards and on other registration/verification processes.- Monitoring and Progress Controls (reports requirements, periodicity, format, deadlines):- Number of cases resolved at the complex desk and referrals to the protection desks (including the number of individuals or families identified as attempting multiple registrations).- Appointment schedules. Monitoring and Reporting on time.
