Performs needed visits, calls, researches, and studies to prepare technical and cost analyses for allocated tenders.Manages all commercial aspects and budget proposals of allocated tenders including all associated proposals from subcontracts and suppliers.Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimate of defined technical solutions including contingency and risk provisions in conjunction with the Managing Director.Prepares complete Bid documentation including compliance sheet, technical proposal, products catalogue, drawings, financial offer, replies to client’s inquires and communications, etc.Supports Sales Department in preparing “Technical Proposals”, prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on team productivity and profit, or as directed by the Sales Manager.Maintains up to date documentation and archive of completed projects and comprehensive registers for clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.Prepares all needed designs, manuals, datasheets, and drawings for Manufacturing Department.Secures from customer technical staff commitments needed to ensure a deal’s “technical close”.Provides coaching and professional development to team member sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.Researching, developing and modifying products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs.Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.Create strategic partnership and joint ventures with international companies to distribute the company productsOther appropriate tasks as may be directed by the Managing Director or the General Manager from time to time.
