In light of my Experience in MSME's Business and Digitalization & Business Development, I got assigned to the role of IT manager, combining digitalization initiatives with IT tools to enable digital transformation of the company, in this role I was responsible for making an IT strategy which is an enabler for Digitalization strategy, also I was responsible for creating robust policies and procedures to make sure IT department meets the international best practices.

During my work as a Branch manager, i paid a lot of interest in Digital Financial Services & FINTECH, since this was the trend and the future of finance, FATEN paid attention to those areas and assigned me the responsibility to digitize and automate company's internal processes to enable digital transformation, so I made a Digitalization strategy for the company to be the leading initiative for digital transformation.

I was promoted from Credit Officer to Branch Manager, I ran one of the largest branches in FATEN and achieved remarkable growth and maintained good portfolio quality during my tenure

at this position i was responsible for promoting and selling company's products (Loans), also my duty is to manage customer's requests and collect payments, during this time I achieved more than 100% growth at the portfolio and managed to maintain good portfolio quality, in my second year I was nominated as one of the top 10 credit officers at the company.
