- Interaction with customers (Honda,Hero,Suzuki & Yamaha/Yamaha Indonesia) regarding quality related issues for line rejection & PDI claim.- Deciding development activities to achieve quality targets set by the customers.- Responsible for Customer concern, Warranty/Reliability & inprocess product quality of two wheeler engine control product.- Analysis of product faliure (cutomer & field failures) by using various analysis tools.- Conducting top management meetings i.e.Denso global, QA weekly and feedback, QIM & DMM meetings.

- Analysis of product faliure (cutomer & field failures) by using various analysis tools.- Releasing D.S.A, IRFR and raising QPR against customer concern to the concern department with the time line.- Conducting Scramble, Review & QA Weekly meetings for rootcause explanation & countermeasure.- Periodic verification of countermeasures through kakotara,QIM & weekly meetings. -Audit inspection for final product assembly, sub – assembly, packing condition etc.Process analysis at DNIN end to reduce in-house rejection, customer complaint, and implementing actions against customer concern and field failure products.

-Lot inspection of incoming metrial for smoothing of mass production.-Issue RED Tag to supplier for lot rejection.-Responsible for internal segregation.-Daily inspection data share with Seniours/Managers.-Participate in Quality improvement meeting.
