Knowledge on Avaya Products:Handle the Avaya System Platform and Virtual Components of telephony.Handle the Installation/Implementation/Maintenance of Media Servers(HP DL360 G7, Dell R610, S8800, S8730, S8720, S8710 and S8300) and Media Gateways (G650, G450, G430, G350, G700 and G350), AVAYA Enablement Services (AES), Witness, AVAYA SIP Server One – X Portal and One – X Mobile Server, Avaya System & Session manager, Mid-Size Business Template server, Mid-Size Enterprise Template server, Avaya Aura Conferencing, Avaya Contact Recorder, Viewer, Archiver and CRS.Implementing and troubleshooting for IP OFFICE solution.Implementing and troubleshooting Avaya Video solution (XT series, MCU, Desktop server etc..)Handle Voice over IP and Unified Communication Installation, implementation, trouble shooting and maintenance.Handle installation AVAYA unified messaging Solutions (AVAYA Modular Messaging, AVAYA INTUITY Audix LX and IA770) Installation and MaintenanceHandle AVAYA Enterprise Survivable Server (ESS), Failover Servers, LSP and SLS InstallationHandle Avaya old traditional telephony Definity systems (MCC, SCC and Prologix)Integration with third parties applications and other Avaya applications.Support for routing and switching related services in support of voice services including Voice VLANs, DHCP scopes, Quality of Service (QOS), ACLs and dynamic routing.Responsibilities:Planning, design, implement, and provide ongoing support of Telecom solutions (Avaya) of high complexity to fulfill business needs for performance and cost benefits.Provide tier 3 level technical support to customers and technical teams to resolve telecom issues and to support the implementation of new solutions.This includes support for telephony desktop applications, reporting applications, recording applications and any other solutions.Provide system on call support required to bring production systems to an operational state and recommend changes and upgrades as appropriate.

Responsibilities:Implementations and support for all Avaya products(Voice , Video and call centers aplications).Configure, monitor and troubleshoot the Server infrastructure for all Telephony systems in all data centers. Act as third level support for all call center applications and systems, interface with customers and third party vendors for all issues.Provide system on call support required to bring production systems to an operational state. Oversee diagnosis and problem determination activities, to resolve any technical problems that may occur in rotation with other Telecom resources.Perform system administration functions necessary to support continuous day-to-day system operations.Perform expansion, relocation, or consolidation of voice infrastructure for all corporate Customers as needed.Responsible for the periodic review and design of the telephony inter-connectivity between primary, backup, and remote sites, along with connectivity (PRI/T1 and SIP) to the carrier and the NYP system. Works closely with both the telecom carrier and NYP telecom to resolve problems that may occur between the two systemsResponsible for troubleshooting and escalate issues with OEM's. Participates in the evaluation of vendor hardware, software, and telecommunications equipment products. Participates in the design and implementation of selected software and hardware solutions, systems, or products in an Enterprise Telephony Environment. This will include both new systems, as well as upgrades to existing solutions.
