I oversee improvements in the operation of Service Symphony and, in close collaboration with the senior leadership team, I have assisted with the transition from heavy reliance on contractors to FTE employees and appropriate offshore staffing during rapid expansion.

My review of their supply chain and implementation of a sustainable financial model is ensuring the chain of restaurants can continue to grow across the UK, from 27 stores in 2012 to over 100 today.

After spotting a gap in the market for high quality flooring, I founded and grew a successful business selling to trade and consumers. Using e-commerce to keep operating costs low, working directly with manufacturers and using my own company to transport the goods, I controlled the supply chain directly and could therefore meet the needs of my customers at a competitive price.

Having seen a potential growth area for the demand of high-end goods from China to retailers in the UK, I founded and grew this company. By controlling the entire supply chain, I ensured prompt delivery to clients, efficient management of the process and competitive prices.After selling the business, I continue to act as an advisor to the current owners.
