• Responsibility for the day to day warehouse / shipping operations and updating of daily operations into shared drive to trend performance and capture issues for closure.• Ensure shipping documentations are updated and in-compliance i.e. cost statement, health certificates, permits, etc.• Handle enquiries or compliance issue in relation to shipping or transportation matters.• Rising of Material Damage Report, Material Disposition Authorization and any other documentation to track the movement of inventories.• Ensure all transfer orders transactions are completed as per physical movement.• Ensure warehouse operates as per WMS guidelines while complying to MJN EHS and GWP for safety and GMP requirements at all times.• Perform internal audits within area• Reviews of warehouse / logistics SOP’s and create new ones as needed.• Receive, distribute and maintain adequate quantities of stocks at all times.• Inform the purchase department well in advance about the items that reach the re-order level to order from supplies.• Review physical inventories periodically.• Maintain stock and consumption records.• Maintains inventory by checking merchandise to determine inventory levels; anticipating customer demand.• Check incoming materials for quality, and quantity against invoices, purchase orders and packing slips or other documents.• Make clear notes on the receipt of the items against each invoice. • Keeps and updates records of good received and issued. • Compiles report of expenditure, and monthly stock report. • Disposes of expired and waste stock according to the current procedure. • Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned. • Promote inventory related awareness programs.• Maintain FIFO and LIFO.• Maintain Commercial Invoice, packing list and prepare Letter of Credit.
