Back in India I worked as a Teacher which was very challenging.Teaching helped me professionaly to b patient and being helpful. Al Rahmani General Trading CO . LLC is my first company which I joint in the year 2000 till date. I Have grown in this company. I started as a Receptionist when I joined Al Rahmani one of the leading Building Materials Co. In DUBAI-UAEFrom the Reception I was promoted to the most busiest and Hacktic department of our company and that was Outdoor department as a SALES CO-ORDINATOR. Outdoor Sales Department most favourite department I enjoyed working as a coordinator. It involved looking after all the official work of our outdoor Team which comprised of 10 Sales Executives. My job involved answering sales calls on behalf of whole outdoor Team. Receiving inquiries and giving Quotations. Informing the sales executive about the inquiries received. Preparing quotations and faxing them to the concern client. Following up and after LPO received informing it 2 the concern sales executiveOnce approved by sales man making the invoice and faxing it to the store for delivery. In case materials are out of stock informing the local purchase depth. To arrange for the same.Helping in conducting weekly meetings of the Outdoor Sales Team. Making arrangement for the stationary required at the time of meeting. Preparing minutes of the meeting and forwarding them to the Managing Director of the company.Coordinating with the imports department of the company with relation to the date of receiving goods at Port and informing the same to the Sales team.Looking at my hard work I was promoted to work as Sales Executive in the Al Nakheel Branch of Al Rahmani.I worked with full dedication and hardwork made many new local and international customers thus boosting the sales of Al Nakheel Branch. I also helped the Showroom Manager there towards the betterment of the Branch by arranging displays and sample boards.My hardwork and dedication towards work payed off the day I was promoted to the post of Showroom Incharge of Al Nakheel Branch of Al Rahmani.From there there was no stopping for me currently I am working as the Business Development Manager in the prestigious company Kallegra Building Materials
