About Shacana Andre, M.Ed.

I create training solutions that incorporate learner-centered activities that are engaging and outcome-driven for a variety of e-learning. This includes ILT, vILT, blended and microlearning solutions. As a former educator, I have spent the last 9 years designing and facilitating countless instructor-led and virtual instructor-led courses for diverse learners. I have also coached adult learners while applying the adult learning theories that I learned in my Master’s program.During my design process, I use the ADDIE model to ensure that my work is thorough and effective. I begin by meeting with stakeholders to analyze and identify gaps in learner knowledge, skills, and awareness. Based on the analysis, I create design documents and storyboards for stakeholders to review and approve. Once the deliverables are approved, I develop the learning appropriate solutions. Using an LMS, I deliver content for user consumption and monitor and collect learner data to make changes.I invite you to check out the samples currently on my portfolio. https://sites.google.com/view/shacanaandre/aboutSkills Include: ✔️ Needs Analysis/ Training Skills Analysis✔️ Program and Curriculum Development✔️ Scripting and Storyboarding ✔️ Project Planning and Management✔️ eLearning Development in Articulate 360 & Rise✔️ Microlearning ✔️ Blended learning solutions ✔️ Camtasia Video Development ✔️ vILT (Virtual Instructor-Led Training) development ✔️ ILT (Instrcutor-Led Training) development ✔️ Software Simulations
