- Monitoring the LTE network and reporting any alarms or incidents in the system when needed to the related teams and keep following up until recovery.- Providing supplementary, relevant, correlative, and important information to the related teams in case of incidents that may support fast analysis for the root cause and fast recovery.- Checking and handling cases related to compliants received or reported from other departments and checking the related part of the network and reporting these cases to the related technical teams when needed and following them up until recovery.- Escalation of major incidents and outages to the higher management based on the severity, time, and impact of each case.

- Maintain assigned equipment according to the pertinent maintenance program and compliant with the reliability centered maintenance strategy through adherence to the Computerized Maintenance Management System and standard work.- Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems to record materials and supplies, labor costs and equipment maintenance performance history such as movements, work orders, parts used and time to maintain.- Support continuous improvement efforts to improve the efficiency and productivity of Maintenance Technicians.- Participate in the continuous improvement culture, initiatives and improvement plans within the MB to improve asset utilization and cost of service delivery (CoSD).- Implement CoSD projects, such as the planned repair and reuse of parts.

- Design and update job descriptions. - Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like StackOverflow and Behance). - Screen incoming resumes and application forms. - Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person). - Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally. - Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers. - Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits. - Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire. - Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events. - Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
