Develops overall strategic plan to execute the project(s) deliverables in adherence to the contract & stakeholder milestones. 2. Establishes detailed scope of work for the project(s) as directed by Division of Technical Affairs and Dept. of Construction Senior Management in conjunction with other divisions and Client, and in accordance with project(s) proposal and contract.3. Establishes, the project(s) required staff and priorities in coordination with Department Senior Management to develop overall manpower requirements necessary to execute the scope(s) of work of project(s) undertaken.4. Generally responsible for all project contractor(s) oversight, daily management of quality assurance, and safety program adherence.5. Delegates the authority among the project team for the execution of the project construction program and, monitor these construction activities for compliance with established schedules and budgets.6. Monitors the progress of all project(s) functions and reports on their status to the Division Management and Client as required. Gives particular attention to reporting matters affecting project(s) overruns or delays and makes every effort with Division Management to rectify these conditions.7. Supplies Division Management and/or Client with current, accurate information regarding the status of all project(s) management functions by the maintenance of appropriate records and the periodic issuance of informative reports.

• Initial stage/Project Strategy: • Preparation of the business strategy for the making the project in profit with man month charts etc.• Giving rough estimate for the project as per Design report to be executed ,Including Technical due diligence, risk management.• Making / vetting of the schedule of the project with expected cost and time.• After approval of the Initial budget from the client we prepare the financial control sheet in that tender packages, bought out items. PMC cost. Operational items extra included. • Design coordination Stage/development:• Bringing the drawings to tender stage with coordination of all stake holders.• Vetting/doing giving inputs on budgets, procurement schedule, Vetting BOQs and Specifications and bring on final stage. • Vetting / doing /checking Estimation costing and budgeting for civil, services, & interiors works and bring on final stage.• Preparation / vetting the micro schedule with respect to the tender packages. • Tender stage: • Formulating various tender packages along with techno-commercial evaluation of tenders and finalizing the Tender event schedule, taking out quantities. Ensuring Floating of tenders/ awarding the contracts to the contractors after negotiating with different contractors. • Ensuring the LOA as per the agreed tender clause to selected vendors by tender committee.• Vetting the Tender reports, status of imported items, time of ordering imported & local items and coordinating with purchase/finance department for smooth functioning of the projects • Making track on BOI (bought out tracker) and placing the orders as per FFE.Tracking tenders, BOQ, work order, design report of civil, services, interiors, municipality expenses, Consultants fees tracker Value Engineering etc.• Budget monitoring & tracking to achieve planned targets.• To facilitate & ensure timely, accurate MIS reports to top Management.• Making stage/Execution Stage:• Monitoring the schedule for completion in time.
