.The Client Management team is responsible for Client on boarding and support, Client Reporting and providing Cash Management support. In tasks, the Client Reporting Team liaises extensively with Sales and distribution, Technology, Compliance, and other internal Teams. The role is primarily responsible for completion of standard monthly, quarterly, and Periodic client reporting for the Asia Pacific region, bespoke Consultant reports for the Japanese Clients, as well as regulatory reports for the different Asian regulators.• Preparation of standard, non-standard, consultant and regulatory reports. The focus of the role is to ensure the accuracy and quality of work and appropriately escalating any unresolved issues to Senior management.• Performing operational controls across client portfolios to ensure accurate and timely reporting of Accounting data.• Work in collaboration with Client Implementation team to on board new clients • Researches andTroubleshoots many problems independently and is expected to take the initiatives to identify for process improvements within their area of expertise.• Must develop an understanding of the inter-operability between the processes they work on and Other processes in the department.• Documenting process flows and creating procedure manuals for the function performed.• Contributing to the development of the methods to improve processes, reduce risks, and increase Controls.• Limited liaison with internal and external clients.• Work on improving and automating the reporting process

• Check the processed report which contains information about performance of the fund against the set benchmark and detailed investment category picture for a given period of time. • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for fund and client level. Customized reporting i.e. Industry level, sector level and instrument level reports. • Analyze transactions, valuations & performance data from clients custodians and investment manager to ensure accurate performance reporting. • Playing maker and checker part for Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports. • Extracting the reports and accounts data from various types of accounting tools. Consolidating the reports data for quarter months. • Finally, to send the error free quality check report to the end client, representing the details of entire portfolio along with the portfolio returns and against with set benchmark which are used for performance presentation.
