Established, Organized and Managed a Team of Mobile Tower Installation Engineers for a startup telecom services company serving the largest GSM operator (STC) in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.Areas of primary responsibilities included installation of Shelters, Air-conditioning of the premises, Electricity control systems, BTS and Microwave devices including cabling between shelters & towers for both electrical and communication links.Supervised installation and maintenance services for (900 and 1800 band) GSM Antennas as well as Aviation Obstruction Lights for the towers and cabling of GSM Telephone Exchanges.Organized and facilitated Re-homing and Re-balancing activities of BSCs (Base Station Controllers) and MSCs (Mobile Switching Centers) by deploying a small team of experts intelligently to meat aggressive timelines set by the customer (STC).Planned and coordinated company office expansion and renovation project to successfully accommodate increasing number of employees and work load.
