Administrative Assistant
CurrentOverseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. Providing administrative support to faculty, staff, and students, which may include typing, filing, and organizing documents. Serving as a point of contact for internal and external communications, answering phones, responding to emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel. Assisting in the planning and execution of events such as seminars, workshops, conferences, and orientations. Supporting student services by providing information, processing paperwork, and assisting with student inquiries and requests. Assisting with HR-related tasks such as scheduling interviews, onboarding new hires, and maintaining personnel records. Assisting with procurement processes by obtaining quotes, placing orders, and managing inventory. Ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and laws. Undertaking additional tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors to support the efficient functioning of the department or office.
