I have 4 years experience in an administration role, my most recent being admin assistant for National Express West Midlands. Unfortunately due to the pandemic I was made redundant from this role in 2021 After taking a small break to focus on my family during these unprecedented times I am now excited to get back into a part time/ remote role. I have been undertaking online courses including Digital Marketing and Project management in order to bridge the gap since I was last employed and to further my knowledge in these areas. I am very competent with all Microsoft packages, Google chrome and social media. Having done Media at university I am also very confident in most areas of radio, print and marketing.I have a great work ethic and am very passionate about delivering great service. I believe that within any business first impressions are key whether this be over the telephone or in person and I strive to make sure each customer I communicate with has consistent excellent service from myself. I present myself in the utmost professional manner and have always strived to be the best at what I do. I am an exceptionally fast learner and can work well both on my own and in a team. Once I have set my mind on something I work hard until I succeed.
