- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and improve HC strategies (including organization development and performance management) that align with the Company's short- and long-term goals.- Review of the HC Strategy function in line with the business strategy of the organization, including through internal and external analysis.- Assists in the planning, organizing, implementation and evaluation of the HC Strategy function.

- Analyze business process of organization to ensure it’s effectiveness- Identify and analyze RASCI Matrix to ensure the clarity of every employee’s role in organization- Developing job description to optimize organization’s productivity- Monitoring and evaluation of the organization’s effectiveness through organization’s infrastructure structure, role design- Contributing to the restructuring of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives- Identify the quantity of manpower and employee cost to ensure organization’s optimum productivity
