I store, manage, and track records and documents for a major pharmaceutical company in Saint Louis. I am responsible for the accuracy, maintenance, quality, and integrity of all official documents. I make sure my organization follows document retention policies.

As a Customer Service Lead, I am responsible for making sure that our customers leave the store with a satisfied experience while maintaining the standards of the company. I am also responsible for managing, training, and scheduling the 20+ members of the Customer Service crew.

I created and managed the first Star Wars: The Old Republic roleplayers’ fan site. We began by reporting on SWTOR news and its effect on the roleplay community. We added a forum which grew quickly to 8,000 members. Since then its been running strong with new posts daily and an active volunteer staff.

My work at GameSkinny focused on giving them content to start the website. They invited me to help beta test their CMS system for gaming-news reporting. I periodically post gaming culture news and interviews there, now.

I started Hyperspace Beacon as a column on Massively, then carried it onto its own site because the audience demanded it. Besides the column writing, I create videos, livestreams, and video podcasts revolving around the Star Wars films, SWTOR, and sci-fi MMOS.

I created and managed the news desk, reporters, and editing for the launch of Gamebreaker’s news website. I also wrote much of the copy for the Gamebreaker web shows. Currently, I am a host of the Republic, the site’s Star Wars: The Old Republic web program.

AOL owned a games-journalistic site called Massively and all Massively writers and editors are responsible for meeting regular deadlines for columns. My personal focus is Star Wars: The Old Republic and The Elder Scrolls Online.

A side project of mine ballooned into a life of its own when a community of MMORPG players decided that my Star Wars Galaxies forum was a great place to hang out and discuss topics ranging from Star Wars books and television to making the game we played better. Thousands of people used the site daily to discuss the latest news and plan events. It required a delicate touch and strong leadership to keep the different personalities from exploding at each other.
