Sure thing. By creating engaging and effective training materials, workshops, and resources, I tailor programs to not only enhance leadership capabilities and promote best practices, but to also align with strategic objectives and operational challenges of the business.Facilitation? No problem. I have facilitated 500+ leadership trainings for clients like Google, Tesla, and Netflix and even more for internal development programs at companies like SOCi, Lucid Software, and Clearlink Technologies. Collaborating with others? Love it. I believe the key to delivering successful programs is in co-creating with key stakeholders.
