Shadi Adab has significant experience working in both the public and private sectors at the intersection of architecture, planning, and urban design. Shadi successfully builds collaborative relationships with multi- disciplinary teams to deliver creative solutions for projects of any scale.During her career as an urban designer, Shadi has been involved in a wide range of development projects of different scales throughout the GTHA, producing master plans, block designs, urban design studies and guidelines. Shadi is skilled at coordinating projects with interdisciplinary teams and combines creative thinking and technical competency with strong communication, organizational, and management skills.Shadi was a Senior Associate at Bousfields until November 2023. Prior to re-joining Bousfields, Shadi worked for ten years as an Urban Designer for the Town of Oakville, where she contributed her expertise to a wide range of development projects. She is a Registered Professional Planner with Master’s Degrees in Architecture and Urban Planning.
