Jeddah Municipality - Minos Systems (Street Control Lighting)- Manage the implementation of street control lighting projects for Jeddah Municipality in collaboration with Minos Systems- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, contractors, and vendors, to ensure successful project delivery- Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate risks and issues- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, including Jeddah Municipality and Minos Systems leadership

Etisalat Egypt - Project Etisalat Emirates- Provide technical support to customers of Etisalat Egypt Project, a subsidiary of Etisalat Emirates- Handle phone calls and troubleshoot technical issues related to mobile phones, internet connectivity, and other products and services- Use customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely manner- Document and escalate complex technical issues to senior support staff as needed- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest products and technologies
