- Application of IFRS 16 (Lease Accounting).- Track and verify all Prepaid and Accrual accounting, Assets tracking, Amortization, and Depreciation.- Application of accounting standards necessary for business (application of IFRS 40 "Investment Property").- Work on the external audit file for 18 companies (subsidiaries, associates, joint ventures) and issue financial reports on time.- Assistance in financial management of 18 companies on various types of investment (Subsidiaries, Associates, Joint Ventures)with multi-activities.- Supervising the preparation of all journal entries, preparing periodic adjusting entries, preparing closing entries at the end of the accounting period.- Prepare Monthly confirmation on accounts (Bank, Cash and petty cash, Customer, Suppliers) and monitor employee expenditures advances and petty cash.- Preparing financial statements for 18 companies (Income Statement and Statement of Financial Position) and taking the share results of the companies in parent company books.- Monitoring companies ' investments, preparing reports related to costs (Price, Broker Commission, Real Estate Tax) and Schedule the required payments in the annual budget.- Bank reconciliations on daily and weekly and Monthly Basis (Daily deposits, checks payable, Bank Fees, Interest on Loan, Return Checks, Checks Under collection, Bank balance recharge and auto coverage banks’ balance).- Work on the sap system, develop the system according to the company's activity, and build the chart of accounts as needed.- Assisting the CFO in the development of the annual budget models.- Prepare VAT Tax on monthly basis, Apply ZATCA requirement, and provide VAT information statements. (Ensure daily that the invoices received comply with the conditions of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, verify monthly the values of the VAT due and VAT return, submit the VAT declaration, and maintain tax records on an ongoing basis.).
