Position held: Sr. Interface/Stakeholder EngineerProject: Etihad Railway Project Stage1 ( Shah-Habshan-Ruwais)Client: Etihad RailTasks description: - Having worked in the first railway project in Abu Dhabi, I am familiar with all stakeholders and the procedures that must be followed to obtain the relevant approvals.- Obtaining design & construction NOI, NOC from different authorities and stakeholders as(Takreer, Gasco, Borouge, ADCO, Transco, ADDC, DOT, Etisalat, Du, Military,WRM, PGD,Traffic Police, ADM,WRM…. etc ) .- Managing internal and external interface co-ordination, making sure that interface with thevarious disciplines and stakeholders is communicated to the design team.- Closely coordinate with all disciplines during the process of design development, andconstruction of the railway network.- Support the Construction Department on interface related issues during the construction, and carry out routine inspection during construction.- Managing the project's relationship with all stakeholders.- Build and maintain good working relationships with the contractor’s personnel in order to promote co-operation and alignment of Company and Contractor goals.
