About Shadi Alkharouf

Solving big problems and helping people is my passion. When I delivered customer service for the first internet service provider in Syria our customers had no concept of the Internet and they were often afraid. In my role, I had the privilege of empowering them to see the possibilities of what the Internet made available to them. Later, as a manager, I was responsible for multiple teams including customer service, sales, marketing, finance and technical engineers. In order to succeed, I had to quickly become familiar with sales and marketing, accounting and collections to ensure that my team was well versed in the product and provide accurate information. It was my goal to offer excellent service even when confronted with the angriest customers. I believe that any problem can be solved by listening and offering solutions with a smile. I am enthusiastic, friendly and have a positive attitude that is maintained even under intense pressure. In addition, I am a self-starter- eager to learn new things in order to make your business successful and profitable.
