  Since 2008, I have led a dynamic team of professionals across the Middle East and North Africa to empower and promote MSMEs, innovation ecosystems, sustainable tourism and green initiatives. Headquartered in Brussels, with offices in Jordan, Palestine, and Tunisia, Leaders International manages a multimillion active portfolio of grants and service contracts, creating new jobs and driving economic growth in 18+ countries.In Palestine, I established the first business incubator, first accelerator, first tech park and the Palestinian House in Silicon Valley, US. These initiatives have cultivated a vibrant entrepreneurial spirit, opening doors to new markets and innovations for Palestinian youth, women and non-bankable entrepreneurs.Regionally, I have led over 40 strategic interventions and closely collaborated with governments to establish new public-private partnerships and support digital transformation. With every new project, we help small businesses upgrade their capacity, access credit and technology and break into European markets through B2B opportunities.
