 Main Key Tasks & Responsibilities:  Area of Experience: Experienced in construction management and supervision, follow day to day site progress in mainly Construction of (Hotels, High end luxury Villas, luxury Mix Use projects, F&B, Retail Shops, Modifications works in all types). Risk Management:Identify and notify main Risks and report it accordingly for the concern stakeholders’ necessary actions, and support to provide necessary solution and mitigation actions to prevent any delays.  Schedule Control: Monitor, manage, and report on the project Time Completion Schedule found delays if it’s due to (Technical, Commercial, or Schedule) related, and advise accordingly on necessary actions to be taken to prevent and mitigate any delays.  Cost Control: have strong commercial background to prevent additional cost impacts, variations & claims analysis, assessments, and provide necessary recommendations accordingly. As well review, recommend and approve payments certificates for both Consultants and Contractors. Contracts Administration, manage and administrate stakeholders related contractual rights and concerns, with fully aware of FIDIC rules and regulations.

BIN SHAMEH COMPLEX Tower Value: 800M • Location: – Dubai - Shaikh Zaid Road Project consists of Tower Building (4B+G+54 floors) and Car Park Building (4B+G+9 floors) in Shaikh Zaid Road opposite to the world trade centre. Projacs was appointed as Project Manager for the project, and I was their official dedicated full time Project Manager. Which I was part of this team under the lead of a project director and with others project managers each dedicated with his area. Prepare and issue detailed progress reports. Manage, lead and directly coordinate with several stakeholders involved in the project and until the successful completion of their scope of work. Inspecting, issue snagging and takeover the completed work by contractors each with his scope.  Coordinate and comply with the hotel operator requirement, snagging, requested modifications and insure successful handover complying with all of their comments.  Initiated adequate systems and internal controls of condominiums buildings that contained 442 apartments, after that monitored all activities and functions associated with the hotel. Successfully completed the process of controlling owners snagging and units handing over after the sales of apartments and increase demand of unit’s handover. Credited to diffusing escalated issues and satisfying difficult unit’s owners with very extensive snag lists.

Position - Assistance Project Manager Jul 2007 – Jul 2009Key Projects:1. Palm Jumeirah Signature (1500 Villas) handover to owners, snagging and DLP management.2. Managing Promenade of Palm Deira projectKey Tasks & Responsibilities; CDG being appointed by the main Palm Jumeirah Developer (Nakheel) to manage and control the handover and snagging process to the villas owners, this was huge operation to manage and complete more than 1500 villas snagging work and defects. Receiving Owners snag lists from Nakheel, study and analyse, assign each snag for its responsible party and staff members to attend and complete these snag list. Follow-up and control site progress and productivity.  Manage and lead team consists of (3 site Engineers, 5 Foramens, 200 workers and specialist contractors) distributed in each frond in the Palm Jumeirah which are assigned based on received priority to complete and close successfully the sang list.  Conduct site inspections and quality control to make sure completed work it is at Nakheel and Villas owner’s expectations.  Meet with the villas owners if dispute is found to understand and reach to an agreement to close all highlighted snags and defects successfully.

Position - Site Engineer / Project Engineer Apr 2004 – Jun 2007Key Projects:1. Palm Jumeirah Construction of Signature (1500 Villas)Value: 8B • Location: Dubai - Palm Jumeirah • Time: Apr 2004 – Jun 20072. Arabian Austria Patching plant. Key Tasks & Responsibilities; Lead and manage all construction phases of Frond – K (signature villas) as a project Engineer by managing a big construction team and workers.- Structure execution. - Civil and Architectural work.- MEP work.- Alum and façade work.- Roof work. Coordinate and review the necessary shop drawings to execute the work.  Join site Lead a construction team consist of (2 site Engineers, 2 foremen’s, 3 Charge hands, and more than 300 workers.  Follow-up site progress and coordinate with the site team and subcontractors to complete the work successfully. Attend to projects meetings for progress updates and take actions about the coming directions.  Coordinate with all subcontractors, nominated subcontractors for the work progress.

Position - Site Engineer Nov 2001 – Mar 2004Key Projects:1. Private Luxury Villas in Al Ain city for Locals owners (3 villas). Key Tasks & Responsibilities; Worked as a site Engineer leading all construction stages for high luxury private villas in Al Ain City. Follow-up site progress and coordinate with the site team and subcontractors to complete the work successfully. Meet with the consultants to review the design and shop drawings in regular bases. Coordinate with the consultants for site inspection and approvals of the activities.  Coordinate with all subcontractors, nominated subcontractors for the work progress. Report to the project Manager and all site issues. Follow-up materials procurement and requests for materials.
