Shadi Tanash is a development professional with more than 16 years of international experience, including working on projects with USAID, the World Health Organization (WHO) and the European Union. A dual Jordanian – Canadian national, he has expertise in developing, reviewing, and implementing Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) plans including developing logic models (Results Framework, LogFrame, Theory of Change, etc.), and developing/selecting performance indicators, designing data collection tools. Mr. Tanash received a certificate of recognition from USAID/Jordan Mission Director for his role in conceptualizing, implementing, and managing the first USAID/Jordan annual M&E conference in May 2016.In addition, Mr. Tanash has expertise in capacity building, program management, primary health care, public health during emergencies, capacity building, pharmaceutical supply chain management and analysis of health systems in countries affected by or recovering from protracted crises. He is known among counterparts and colleagues as a quality driven, results oriented professional with strong diplomatic and interpersonal skills. He is fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent coaching, training and presentation skills.
