• Manage the acquisition process, including but not limited to: title, environmental, governmental approvals, geotechnical assessments, site planning, schedule feasibility and building condition appraisals and construction for a portfolio of retail projects totaling over $100 million.• Obtain all governmental approvals, including but not limited to: General Plan amendments, Specific Plan amendments, Environmental Impact Reports, Rezone applications, Subdivision Maps, Federal water and wildlife regulations, and Design Review applications.• Coordinate and communicate with consultants and city officials regarding issues such as planning and zoning, code compliance, permitting, design review, building inspections and certificate of occupancy.• Work with Director to oversee the acquisition, planning, and design of new projects.
