 Playing role as Deputy Zonal Manager in Dhaka North Region of Banglalink. Day to day operations and maintenance of BSS, Power and Transmission related equipment of the Network. Cross Functional Activities among teams, other departments, vendors, etc. House Owner Relationship Maintain & Problem follow up. Site Problems Database Maintain & Rectification follow up. Zone's Outage weak point find out & necessary action. Keeping Deep Concentration on P1 Site’s availability. Regular & on demand reporting to line manager & other stake holders. Under warranty battery health check, reporting, claiming & follow up. Follow up and rectify zone’s Access TT, LOS break issue, pending alarms, fiber cut, FCU PM, battery optimization, site’s preventive maintenance, etc. All active part issue monitoring and vehicle management. To carry out PAT to integrate new BTS, MW link or any other network element in the region. Providing feedback of daily, weekly & monthly Service affected and Network Report of the region. Minimize the mean time between failures for network elements as well as ensuring the best performance of the area network with minimum outage. To raise flags on critical issues and maintaining generators of the regions. Help in decision making and information distribution to ensure smooth operation and maintenance.
