As an HVAC Design & Estimator Engineer at Zamil Air Conditioners, I am responsible for preparing cooling load calculations, HVAC design and layout, and value engineering for various projects. I use HAP software by carrier and ASHRAE, NFPA, Carrier and SMACNA Handbook as references, and select the best type of HVAC system based on the owner's requirements. I also prepare duct sizing, chilled water pipe and refrigerant pipe sizing, and electrical circuit breaker and controls calculations and selections, as well as schematic diagrams for air flow and chilled water system.I have more than 7 years of experience in the field of Mechanical Engineering, with a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from Apex Institute of Engineering & Technology, Jaipur. I have knowledge and certification in software like AutoCAD, Solidworks, Primavera P6, Revit, MS Office, Talisma, Pipe Sizer, and Duct Sizer. I have worked on projects such as Vidhut Bhawan (Govt) in New Delhi and RDC Complex at RCI Hyderabad (DRDO), where I calculated the load and designed the HVAC system for water cooled chiller and VRV/VRF systems. I am looking for better opportunities in HVAC industries as a Design & Estimator Engineer.
