 Monthly consultant shares of doctors payment preparation, ensure tax compliance  Prepare monthly profit and loss and present next month projection of payments and revenue  Daily audit of cashier statement by reconciling cashier record with relevant operations department of the center and ensure invoices sequences are complete  Monthly withholding and VAT return submission  Preparation of monthly payroll  Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statement and also verify payment received from patient from bank even on daily basis if needed  Ensure suppliers payments are prepared on time based on the consumption report  Assist in annual budget of the center.

 Responsible for suppliers and customers ledgers properly maintained and ensure entries are up to date by reconciling accounts.  Ensure payments are approved and properly complied with the company policy and procedures before posting in software.  Prepare error free accounting reports and present to relevant stakeholder.  Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statement and ensure problems are resolved.  Ensure month end adjustment entries are taken into account and support in year-end closing.  Communicate with internal and external auditors.  Prepare financial statements and assist in budgets according to schedule.  Ensure compliance with IFRS & IAS.  Preparation of monthly payroll, ensure attendance verification and treat new employees in accordance with their offer letter and final settlement of employees leaved the company  Month end stock taking of store and coordination with store department
