- Coordinate all product and promotional activity on website, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of input and loading of information into e-commerce platform management system.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage all aspects of E-commerce platforms and websites including content creation, product listing, optimisation, maintenance of E- Commerce tools & platforms.- Build and maintain all promotional tools and campaign (promo codes, gift with purchase, product bundling, online campaigns, etc) across all E-Commerce platforms.- Proficiently attends to customer service request, ranging from simple to more complex queries and sets appropriate solutions to address the raised service requests.- Responsible for optimizing the customer experience to ensure the day-to-day effectiveness of web content display.- Support and execute promotional campaign action plans to drive growth in product e-commerce stores and increase conversions.- Keep abreast of trends in the retails, implement company fashions standards and guidelines- Periodically review supplier performance base on delivery ratio, sales reliability, product quality, supplier conducts, pricing and trading term.- Deal or negotiation with China supplier for all the product.

- Oversee and responsible for all new store openings, store refurbishment, fit outs & fixtures inventory allocation while collaborating with Store Planning and Engineering departments. Concurrently overseeing allocation and oversee external and internal tenants, suppliers drawings and layouts. - Design management, assess and review of all in-store launches conceptualization and final execution.- Work cohesively with Assistant General Manager of Visual Merchandising and the visual merchandising teams, lead, manage, and execute the visual merchandising strategies.- Provide VM Training and guidance to country store operations managers and visual management teams during the new store opening process. Conduct walk-throughs and provide creative input as it pertains to floor presentation, window display and product styling. - Collaborate with various departments from marketing/retail/store planning/merchandising to define all in store communication.- Occasionally store walks with upper management to implement weekly floor set and planograms movements. - Strategy planning with the Head of Retail/ Retail Ops Director to ensure high standard level of VM, campaigns are constantly developed whilst driving the business forward. - Working with the Creative and Marketing teams to develop in store graphics and POS material.- Create inspirational window schemes and new internal display ideas seasonally, from concept to installation.- Ensure all new visual or display initiatives and delivered within budget. - Coach and inspire on all aspects of store layout, merchandising and visual merchandising when carrying out store visits and cascade the latest departmental thinking. - Responsibility for new store opening and store modernization projects.- Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance to overall store appearance and environment.
