 Be responsible for staff recruitment, such as recruitment planning and channel development;  Be in charge of headhunter and other vender;  Be in charge of recruitment cost control;  Develop recruitment and training system, Be responsible for recruitment process management, including CV screening\interview\employ management;  Be responsible for searching training resource and make yearly training plan; 6、Be responsible for employee relationship management.  Implement yearly recruitment and training plan.

Responsible for delivering high quality service to clients and Perm candidates of specific skills or industry by matching skills of qualified candidates to client vacancies; ?Developing and retaining business by providing outstanding client service and quality, commercial solutions to recruitment requirements and performing a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality performance and service. ? Responsible for customer sales and candidate searches, the operation of the implementation of the projects, the completion of the annual business targets; ?Search the candidates according to clients’ requirements. Review resumes ensuring all required skills are identified. Telephone pre-screen candidates and make face to face or phone interview with candidates.(Oral English test included) ?Submit qualified candidates to clients and follow the interview process. Negotiate appropriate pay rates with professional and technical candidates. ?Assisting to prepare candidate reports, progress reports and reference check reports etc. ?Focus on estate 、luxuryand FMCG industry; have rich database of talents. ?Analyze responsible trade market and competition information; take the full analysis of customer needs, BD new case, find suitable candidates and recommend to customers; ?Timely and effective customer care, maintaining good customer & candidate relationships and deeply digging customer needs.
