Mainly focus on agile software development, like XP, Scrum, Kanban; Including IT/OPS, development, QA, security teams.➢ Ability to quickly learn and very good business sense, follow up with technology and related industry information on daily basis.➢ Very good communication skills, not only technology team internally, but also with other departments like product, marketing, sales etc. and 3rd parties/2B customers➢ Very good execution ability, and rich experience in organizing, coordinating, leading teams.➢ Good at architecture, from system level to software level, and successfully improve architecture to adapt to company growing; Also good at database optimization, and improving system performance.➢ Rich experience in online gambling industry, mobile data analyst industry, finance (mainly the investment part) industry.
