I am currently a City Community Fellow for Nairobi at Sand Technologies. My role entails fostering strong relationships by reaching out to our alumni and knowing their progress in professional development. I also do data collection and data validation to gather meaningful insights that are used by stakeholders to make data-driven decisions. Additionally, I have worked with With Sand as a business developer a data mapper and a Talent data collector, providing valuable insights through data analysis to support strategic decision-making within the organisation.Since joining Sand Technologies in September last year, I have honed my skills in business development, talent data collection, relationship building, event planning and hosting, community management, and maintaining accurate data records to support organisational goals.Previously, I spent 7 years as a quality controller in flexographic printing, where I honed my skills in leadership, ISO and BRC systems report writing, housekeeping, occupational health and safety stakeholder management, and total quality management systems.I am passionate about personal development and leadership, excelling in event planning, social media management, and fostering community engagement. Driven by a vision of sustainable educational development, I aim to merge my technology background with legal studies to advocate for digital rights and social justice on a global scale.Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, hiking, and continuous learning through reading and documentaries. I am committed to using my skills and experiences to contribute positively to my community and the broader industry.
