I have over eight years of experience in IT, and I hold certifications in Java programming (SCJP) and IT service management (ITIL).My core competencies include system analysis and web development, which I have applied in designing and developing several web applications and systems, such as the patented Palestine Embassy E-Services. I have also published research on IT topics, such as the E-Consulate Services for the Palestine Embassy in Qatar. I am passionate about youth leadership, engagement, and development, and I have acquired skills in these areas through various volunteer and community activities.
