1. Check and review the submitted construction methods, equipment and work schedule such as Bar Charts, Weekly and Monthly Forecast.2. Coordinates with electro mechanical, subcontractors, design – technical office.3. Monitors, coordinates, supervise instructions in the layout of established of horizontal and vertical alignment and control.4. Review, approve and direct minor adjustments and variation of construction methods, such as construction of shoring, scaffolding, formworks, installation of steel members, rebar’s installations, spacing, concrete mixing, pouring and other related construction activities to suit actual site conditions.5. Give orders to correct and repair defective works and to reject and order the removal of defective works and materials.6. Supervised, monitors and give instructions to field personnel’s, quantity site and material inspectors.7. Check and review as constructed quantities and prepare accomplishment reports.8. Check and review Monthly Progress Billings, Variation orders and Final Billings.9. Check, review and recommend for approval shop drawings, as built plans and other revised plans.
