Performed statistical analysis using Excel and SPSS on the Survey of Labor and Income Dynamics (SLID) to reveal the earnings patterns of temporary and permanent workers in the public and private sector.Completed a content analysis of the 50 largest collective agreements in Canada to describe the norms and expectations of temporary and permanent employment in the public sector.Findings were presented at the American Sociological Association’s Annual General Meeting and published in the Canadian Review of Sociology.
