Current- Coordinate assigned electrical and automation commissioning efforts.- Ensure accuracy of installation (code, design, testing, etc.) prior to bringing the system online.- Prepare formal documentation regarding testing and commissioning processes.- Provide field support including connecting systems and equipment, testing, etc.- Support the electrical and instrumentation aspects of projects by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and solving technical problems.- Provide technical… Show more - Coordinate assigned electrical and automation commissioning efforts.- Ensure accuracy of installation (code, design, testing, etc.) prior to bringing the system online.- Prepare formal documentation regarding testing and commissioning processes.- Provide field support including connecting systems and equipment, testing, etc.- Support the electrical and instrumentation aspects of projects by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and solving technical problems.- Provide technical consultation and training to customers.- Maintain customers’ systems and plants to ensure smooth operation.- Assist the onsite crew in addressing problems and troubleshooting; oversees corrections/solutions until the problem is resolved.- Act as an experienced resource for control systems and automation.- Perform onsite tests and assessments using available tools; resolve identified issues by determining best solution and resources.- Design and procure system solutions based on customer requests.- Keep customers informed on innovative technologies as well as technological and industry best practice opportunities that may contribute to their operations.- Research and identify expansion or additions to current system to enhance customers automation processes.- Ensure work is completed in a safe manner.- Communicate with clients, suppliers and customer employees, co-workers including reports, quotes, emails, etc.- Sell, promote, and complete core TPS services.- Promote on the job safety on all occasions.
