Tripled the company size and introduced new product lines for mobile applications, mobile content development and multimedia production. Company was licensed as the only certified Windows Media Services provider in the Middle East. Supervised and managed the development of key websites and technologies including Mazzika channel, Alam El Phan label, Emaar Misr, MCIT digital content initiative consultancy, MCIT triple-play initiative and more. Introduced DVD authoring and production line of business, making CLIP Solutions the first and only professional DVD authoring facility in Egypt and the Middle East. This included making decision on required Hardware and Software, and recruiting and training the DVD production team. Developed CLIP’s proprietary software to enhance DVD production. Developed Alam El Phan mobile content delivery system. First system in the region that offers content protection, intelligent support for all handsets and intelligentcontent replacement system. Job included deployment of DRM technology 4 years ahead of competition, programming of an intelligent web/wap-based delivery application and an intelligent handset capabilities recognition module, and training Alam El Phan employees. Managed and trained CLIP’s teams of application developers and graphics designers. Established the company’s IT infrastructure and system.

Started CLIP Group as a partner. Developed, designed, and supervised all web sites produced by CLIP for clients like Mobinil, Tarek Nour Communications and SODIC. Developed a fully functioning beta WAP portal in partnership with Ericsson Egypt to research content delivery over mobile and hand-held devices and the ability of these devices to use/view Arabic text.
