I was selected as the Co-Captain of the SCHS Dance team in my senior year. I loved the experience and made many long-lasting friendships. I choreographed new dances and taught them to my teammates. I supported practices and helped my Coach by planning dances and events. I was a team member across a team of 30 girls. I also participated in dual enrollment in my junior and senior years. Skills learned during my dual enrollment classes included Microsoft office applications such as Word, Excel, and Project. I created presentations including voice presentations and videos. I took a speech class to improve my public speaking and presentation skills. I also had to complete a research project using MLA and APA formats.
