Working with Staffline recruitment I work alone on night shift, managing over 400 contractors. This includes any disciplinary procedures managing absence and timekeeping, booking assessments and recruiting any new intakes.I also do a range of administrative duties such as payroll, wage queries, data input on company specific software CRB checks.As part of the role of “Service Coordinator” it is my job to deal with any problems that occur with clients/contractors whilst on shift I always attend to these issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Wrking for Esentual I was a site coordinator at Jaguar Halewood, I had sole responsibility as being the only employee on site. My job role consisted of making sure all contractors employed by Esentual had a full understanding of the company’s advantages in tax dispensation. Dealing with any pay issues, registration of new contractors in keeping with compliance eligibility legislation. In October 2011 The Agency Workers Regulations act came into force as I was representing Esentual alone it was my job to organise to TUPE transfer over 600 contractors onto Staffline Recruitment in which I was successful.
