CurrentMy role at Pratham is a dynamic one, which I'm grateful to say allows me to experience and get involved in so many aspects of our organization. In my role so far I've:- gained direct experience facilitating impactful donor communications, both online and in-person- delivered multiple successful events, ranging from more intimate evenings focused on stewardship and cultivation, to a large-scale (300+ guests) Gala fundraiser.- taken on bid-writing, including research, data collection from our India teams, and effective and honest writing, securing grants of up to £6000. - finetuned existing and gained new administrative skills, including the use of Salesforce CRM- worked collaboratively in a small and growing team and org to maximize fundraising for our programmes- I've learned so much more already about India's education landscape, and have had the privilege of hearing stories from so many of Pratham's dedicated students when I visited some of our sites in India!
