As a child, my stepfather was a central figure in my life. He had a 23-year career in the U.S. Army and his service was marked by many remarkable achievements, including designing Patriot Missile Systems and being awarded the Purple Heart and Medal of Honor. His dedication to integrity, duty, and service left an indelible impression on my character. While Military life meant frequenly relocating it forged in me the ability to adapt, easily build relationships, and handle adversity with composure. My career journey began after high school when my stepfather offered me a position in supply chain management at a furniture company where at 23 I became the youngest director in the company's history managing a vast network of final mile and white glove locations while earning a reputation as an industry "fixer".In 2009, I expanded my expertise with Technicolor Home Entertainment as the Director of Transportation where I spearheaded the establishment of an $18M freight brokerage division. Here, I managed over 17 key accounts, including major brands such as Walt Disney Home Entertainment and Sony Pictures, and introduced a Tier 1 Transportation Management System resulting in a 56% increase in sales revenue.In 2014, I was recruited by Sony PlayStation as Director of Logistic Operations where I managed $500M in global product inventory, initiated the development and led all new manufacturing and distribution operations in Brazil, and oversaw manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution operations across the US, Canada, LATAM, and Brazil. In 2018, I joined Ergomotion, Inc. as the Head of Distribution and Transportation and in 2022, I was hired by Inxeption, Inc. as the Vice President of Supply Chain and Operations where I led the warehouse expansion from 3 locations to 10 facilities nationally totaling 700K square feet of warehouse space.
