I am a multilingual learner specialist with more than 20 years experience in the field of education. I am passionate about fostering equitable learning spaces where all adults and students are seen, heard and valued. To this end, I approach all my interactions and collaboration with a reflective mind, and occasionally share my reflections through articles published in TIEOnline.I have been on the review panel for the WIDA ELD Standards Framework, 2020 Edition. My work has also been published in Andrea Honigsfeld and Maria Dove's book titled Co-Planning.I believe that there is a lot to be learned and unlearned, and the journey has just begun!
