- Participated in strategic planning meetings with Thriving Elements to make it possible for members to readily communicate via the Slack platform- Assisted in proactively creating communication on Slack to develop and strengthen communication- Developed ideas that help make it simple for current Thriving Elements participants to monitor communication via Slack

- Contributed to the introduction of fresh approaches in our Tukwila School District so that students canexperience new local activities- Expressed what students want to see or hear in their schools to provide them the best possible experience as being students in the Tukwila School District

- Played multiple instruments (flute, piccolo, trombone)- Self-taught a variety of musical styles and genres to expand my knowledge of music and improve as amusician- Assisted my band director organize the music library so students could quickly access sheet music- Auditioned for WMEA All-State- Participated in State Solo and Ensemble Contest

- Attended weekly meetings with the Tukwila School District administration to represent the interests ofthe students as the district worked to reopen its schools following the COVID-19 closure.- Conducted surveys on Instagram with students to learn about their wants and needs for feeling safereturning to school.- Wrote a formal letter to the Tukwila School District administration taking into account the survey datato ensure voices of students are heard- Created a plan for safely reopening schools as well as a model for distant learning in case they can't resume in-person instruction.

- Attended meetings with the administration at Foster High School to learn more about the renovationsbeing done at the building- Conducted surveys about student's thoughts and views about the construction. Used this data toarticulate the concerns/needs of students in meetings.- Created a website with my team to post updates about the school's construction.
